Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Introduction — Ultimate Marketing is focused on maintaining high margins for our Dealer and Distribution networks. In recognition of the investment in time and resources required for our high-quality partners to provide the level of customer service and product knowledge expected from our customers, Ultimate Marketing is committed to enforcing policies which allow our resellers to maintain high profit margins through the sale of our products.

MAP Policy Guidelines — MAP pricing for all Ultimate Marketing products can be found on your current price list. All advertised prices must be at or above MAP. Ultimate Marketing requires all resellers to inactivate any algorithms that automatically update or adjust pricing according to the reseller's promotions.

MAP Violation Consequences:

1st Violation — Verbal or e-mail warning.
2nd Violation — 1 month authorization suspension. All SKUs must be temporarily disabled.
3rd Violation — Immediate termination of authorization. All products must be removed.

Dealer Return Policy

Only boxes with an RA number clearly taped or written on the outside of the box will be accepted.
Defective product must be returned in "like new" condition, shipped freight prepaid and double boxed, with the RA concealed inside, in the original packaging box. Please do not write on the original packaging box. Dealer will be charged for missing boxes, packaging, manuals, etc.
RA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only. Defective returns are eligible for return only within 90 days from the UM invoice date or 30 days of retail sale to the end-user.
A copy of the UM invoice and retail customer invoice/receipt must be included with all returns. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fee. Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at UM. No cash refunds.
Factory sealed product in resellable condition may be returned at UM's discretion. Non-defective, opened products will not be considered for return. Resellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current UM selling price, less a 15% restocking fee.
Sales of closeout items are final.
Items designed for customer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.
